Deputado diz que relatório do projeto de regulamentação não prevê taxação de fundos imobiliários.

O governo federal pretende incluir a tributação do rendimento de Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário (FII) e de Fundos de Investimento em Cadeias Agroindustriais (Fiagros) na esfera da regulamentação da reforma tributária.

Com essa inclusão, seria permitido que os fundos acumulassem créditos tributários na hora de adquirir imóveis, por exemplo, além de transferi-los para os locatários.

Vale destacar que os créditos acumulados tratariam da incidência da Contribuição sobre Bens e Serviços (CBS) , a parte federal do Imposto sobre Valor Agregado (IVA), bem como do Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços (IBS) , parte dos estados e municípios.

Com isso, a isenção do Imposto de Renda seria mantida na distribuição dos dividendos para as pessoas físicas.

Os deputados participantes do grupo de trabalho disseram que não há nada sobre a tributação de FIIs e Fiagros nos textos.

Além disso, de acordo com o deputado Reginaldo Lopes, o relatório do projeto que está em regulamentação da reforma tributária não prevê taxar os fundos imobiliários.

"Não haverá tributação de capital de fundos. Não haverá taxação sobre capital. O setor da construção civil, quando faz um empreendimento, paga. Vamos estudar como isso vai ficar. Mas é certo que fundos não serão tributados", disse Lopes, após a reunião com o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad.
